I have a strong understanding of server rules and roleplay standards, and I strictly follow them in all situations. Because of this, I can serve as a positive role model for new players, helping them understand proper RP behavior and maintain the quality of the server.
Since the beginning of my journey on Grand RP, I have primarily played as a gangster. Over time, I earned my way into High Command positions across multiple terms. These roles helped me develop leadership skills, decision-making ability under pressure, and a clear understanding of gang structure, discipline, and coordination.
I served as the High Command of various terms. This position gave me deep insight into how gangs operate at a leadership level, including managing members, planning activities, handling internal issues, and maintaining relations with other organizations.
Additionally, I have experience negotiating store robberies from both the gang side and with state organizations, which has improved my communication skills and understanding of balanced, fair roleplay. All of this experience has prepared me to confidently lead a gang of my own.
As a leader, my focus will be on discipline, fairness, and quality roleplay. My approach is as follows:

I have been actively playing on Grand RP for over two years. During this time, I have been a part of multiple criminal as well as state organizations, and I have successfully performed my responsibilities in every organization I joined. Through consistent roleplay, teamwork, and discipline, I believe I have gained enough experience and maturity to take on the role of a Leader.

3. My Advice as Leder:
As a leader, my focus will be on discipline, fairness, and quality roleplay. My approach is as follows:
- Any player wishing to join the organization must have at least 5 years of IC age to ensure basic RP understanding and maturity.
- Before inviting any player, High Command members will conduct an interview and ask basic roleplay-related questions. This will help maintain standards and avoid unqualified recruitment.
- Toxic behavior, disrespect, or unnecessary drama will not be tolerated. Anyone found guilty of such behavior will face strict and appropriate consequences.
- I will ensure that the bonus system is transparent and fair. Every member who actively participates in events and activities will receive their bonuses on time without favoritism.
- I am fully committed to completing the entire leadership term. I will remain active, responsible, and dedicated to improving the organization throughout my time as leader.
