Liam was born into a troubled family, during his childhood he got introduced to drugs at a really early age by his drunken dad, this was a big struggle for Liam and ended up shaping the entirety of his child hood, at the tender age of 15 he joined a gang in Bergen and he ended up as the top drug dealer in the gang in question. Liam’s criminal career was at a all time high but when he got into a huge gang brawl at the age of 17 he was injured very badly, thats when his parents had enough and sent him to his grandparents in Los Santos, after arriving in Los Santos Liam was struggling, he joined the family Mage and started with criminal activities here as well, however after his grandparents got a whiff of his behaviour he was sent straight to a rehabilitation center, when Liam was 19 he got released again and ever since that he joined LSPD and really got his life together. However, recently Liam got a really exciting offer to be a gangs informant, thats when he got the temptation to be a criminal back.
Career Story:
Liam started off as a Cadet in Sergio Saint’s LSPD term. after his training period in LSPD he quickly climbed the ranks, eventually he was given DHOD of HRT as his first ever HC rank by a man called Bobz Carter, the trust he was given really sparked the confidence in him, eventually he was also given the trust to be HOD of SWAT in Harry Wickk’s LSPD term which also helped his confidence grow even more, he then decided to leave LSPD and go to DOJ and after that his career has been a crazy rollercoaster of events where he's dipped up and down from HOD and COS.
Outcomes:
1) Liam can take bribes of money and illegal items, weapons, drugs, ect (up to $100,000).
2) Liam can lie about requesting any lawyer or even refuse to call one and can refuse to show his ID to ANYONE.
3) Liam can manipulate state databases such as removing previously crime history, wanted stars, ect.
4) Liam can search suspects and LEOs for their bodycams and destroy them if found (/try searches for bodycam and /do breaks the bodycam - twice per sit).
5) Liam can arrest someone for false charges if he severely dislikes them or for revenge (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
6) Liam can engage in criminal activities and break state laws on and off duty such as entering the ghetto and "ghetto clapping", kidnapping cops, ect and use his position in LSPD.
7) Liam can be disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19, 3.1 & 3.2).
