This player (97114) posted a forum (Reviewed - cheats I 101811) and submitted a POV. It appears on his desktop that he has the WeMod program, which is used for cheating in many games, including Grand Theft Auto Online (GTA Online), not just the story mode. The program uses features like unlimited health, repeated firing, high jump, aimbot, and others. When I asked a gaming expert about the program and whether it could work with Ragemp servers, he replied that it would, but not with all settings.
