Rejected POV Request l 517315

This was during hostage situation. I would like to see the POV from 517315. As you can see in my POV, it appears that they were in the animation of consuming something, either a juice or food, and their gun was never pulled out. I shot, and it did not register on them, and then i was dead. I am unsure if this is some form of bug abuse, or simply a difference in FPS.
