Dear Admin,
While we were preparing for an event, the player with ID 229210 came and started ramming us with his car intentionally. He kept hitting our vehicle until we flipped over, then he continued to hit me with his car until I died. Everything is clearly recorded and shown in the video proof provided below, including the ID and all the violations

The same person with the same ID keeps doing this, and numerous forum discussions have been opened about why they haven't been banned and continue playing the game.
