Was modding the vhicle so i could put insurance, went out of the modding shop and saw a helicopter non rp driving and people ramming my car giving "demands" of a robbery inside the city. Got rammed multiple times trying to avoid the situation, so happen the reason for all that was the vehicle which was after that stolen.

If people are allowed to give demands inside the city, kill people to steal vehicles in middle of a public road then the RDM/Rob in city rule shouldnt exist. Also that should be considered "robbing". And if having a non ensured vehicle inside city is a "free get RDM card" let me know. Stealing is different than Robbing, i was inside the car should never been demanded to pull over to get shot and robbed for it. Robbing would define it and if robbing they did not have 4 people in 2 different cars, and you're allowed to steal, not to rob, and to steal it, i must not bee inside the vehicle. Looking for a refund off the car theft since the admin let situation go and told me to post on forums.

6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.
