Hello,
I am writing today regarding my leadership blacklist. Previously, since I did not know the reason for my lack of trust, I was not able to make a proper appeal. However, after I asked about it on the forum and received an answer from LeBron, I now understand the reason. Because of that, I accept that my previous appeals were poorly written and not meaningful.
At this point, I have not received any punishment for almost 6 months. I returned to the game and have been playing regularly. If we only look at the last 6 months, my punishment history is clean. However, when looking at my older bans, it is not clean, and I accept that. I am asking for a chance by clearly explaining the bans I received.
My first ban was from GR 1.8. In this case, I was completely at fault. I sent $10,000 to my alt account, which resulted in a ban. That ban was later lifted with a wipe.
After that, I received a ban for bug abuse related to lottery tickets. However, as I also stated on the forum that day, I did not commit this abuse. I believe I had a task that day, and I bought the tickets from the normal market for $10,000 each, 10 times. I did not abuse any bug. As stated on the forum, it was a wipe, but since I did not abuse a bug, either my money was not wiped or only a very small amount was removed; everything else stayed the same.
Later, I received an ER 1.7 ban. In this situation, I did not commit any offense. This happened because of AMD’s recording software that I was using at the time. As you mentioned back then, sometimes it recorded properly and sometimes it did not. When it failed, it would still show as recording, but after stopping the recording, no file would be saved. I believe this was related to microphone or driver issues. Even though I appealed this ban, it was denied, and I did not pursue it further.
Now, coming to the main reason why I am opening this form:
As I explained above, I have clarified all the long term punishments that make up my punishment history. On this server, I have spent a long time in gangs, received corruption multiple times, and even served as an Undersheriff. I have experience as an Underdeputy in gangs and have worked in almost all organizations, generally in upper command positions. I have always avoided actions that would block RP and have played the game to create and improve roleplay.
I want to reflect the experience I have gained onto other players as a leader. From the beginning of this project, my goal has been to become a leader, and I have completed all the required steps. The only thing preventing me from reaching this goal is this issue. I am accepting wipe AMD everything. I even purchased a level 4 family in advance in case this gets lifted, so I would be prepared if I receive a leadership role (weapons, ammo, etc.).
I truly love this project and I kindly ask you to give me a chance. I am already keeping my punishment history clean.
Even if this request is not accepted now, I would like to know whether I will be able to apply again in the future.

Also, everything I did was to my own detriment, meaning it didn't affect other games. Please give me a chance. I didn't target anyone, I didn't be toxic, I didn't use cheats, I didn't support cheaters, I was respectful to the admins and players, I never acted disrespectfully.
