Lebron,
Long story short... (as much as possible - please please read it)
for ref
First complaint: Approved - Mass Rule Break | 81291, 8927, 47457, 79861
Second complaint: Rejected - Mass Rule Break | Kizule Macakk
I am once again having an issue with Abraham. Clear rule violations by on-duty state officials were dismissed without proper POV review, and I was warned again that I would be punished “next time,” which I perceive as an inappropriate threat. AGAIN.
Do you/anyone really think I would escalate this to a curator if I were in the wrong or unsure?
Summary:
My request is simple:
Either punish me/ban/etc if I am wrong, or punish those I reported, but ensure the evidence is fully reviewed and the decision is transparent and rule-based.
Thank you, and sorry for taking up your time again.

Summary:
- I submitted a complaint regarding state officials who clearly violated server rules.
- The provided POV clearly shows I did not bait, provoke, or RP, I was simply walking and minding my own business (you don't need to know Serbian language to understand the situation). In advance, if I continue playing on this server, I will continue to move freely around the map and exercise my rights as a civilian player without engaging in any bad faith play, etc
- The first admin confirmed one unrelated violation but dismissed the rest as “IC matters,” even though it was not the case.
His response translated:
After reviewing the evidence, I have decided to accept this complaint.
ID 86558 will be punished for G.P. 3.1 for calling another player a “retard”.
The other players will not be punished because they did not violate any of the listed rules and because they were not on duty.
This is all part of RP and should be resolved IC.
The lawbook from which Article 1.10 was cited is also an IC matter.
My response/new complaint translated:
The claim that the players “were not on duty” is incorrect, as they were inside the police station and Green Zone, using restricted-access parking and the privileges of the state organization. The status of a state employee does not end when the uniform is removed. State employees are required to act professionally and responsibly even off-duty and out of uniform, as they represent the organization and use its privileges.
Harassing or following civilians in the Green Zone without RP reason cannot be considered “part of RP”; it is FAIL RP and a Green Zone rule violation, which is an OOC matter and cannot be resolved IC. Imagine the same situation in real life.
Article 1.10 of the Law on State Organization is not an IC matter, but a server rule defining the organization’s responsibility for its employees’ actions, and applies to administrative decisions.
- Abraham closed the second complaint claiming the decision was correct without properly reviewing the evidence, and warned me AGAIN that I would be punished next time.
His response translated:
The admin made the correct decision.
The POV you submitted is an attempt to force a warning onto the organization without RP or anything similar; next time, you will be punished.
- This creates a precedent where rule violations are effectively tolerated.
Furthermore, Abraham’s response makes it clear to the involved players (posting laughing emojis, etc at his response to my complaint) that this behavior is allowed.
