I was in the arena by mistake, carrying a weapon in a public place without aiming it, knowing that I am an off-duty police officer. This officer arrested me, and I told him I was a police officer who hadn't been assigned to any department, but he wouldn't release me so I could work for the department. He continued to detain me even though he didn't have a license. Corrupt police officer! I ask the senior officials to review this. Thank you.
