I am writing this appeal with full respect and honesty regarding the 60-day ban I received for GR 1.9 (Tax Evasion). I kindly request you to review my POV once, as there was no intention, benefit, or successful tax evasion from my side.
Today, I was selling a balaclava to another player for $30,000. I handed over the balaclava and asked him to give me the money. At that moment, the player informed me that this could be considered tax evasion. As soon as this was said, I immediately stopped the deal.
I want to clearly state that I was not aware that such a low-value item could fall under tax-related rules. My understanding, which may have been incorrect but was genuine, was that tax applies only to high-value transactions involving items worth several million, not items valued at 30k. There was absolutely no intention from my side to bypass tax, exploit game mechanics, or gain any unfair profit.
Grand RP rules place strong importance on intent. In my case, there was no malicious intent involved. This was a genuine misunderstanding that was addressed immediately. If my intention had been tax evasion, I would not have continued the interaction honestly after the concern was raised. The balaclava was returned by the other player, and no unfair advantage or benefit was taken by me at any point.
This situation involved a low-value item, resulted in no financial gain, and did not cause any loss or system abuse. There was no successful rule break, and the entire incident was based on a misunderstanding rather than intent. I have always respected Grand RP rules and maintained fair roleplay, and this incident does not reflect an attempt to break or abuse any rule.

I have provided my POV which clearly shows that no money was taken initially and that I did not gain any unfair advantage from this interaction.
Based on the intent, value of the item, and outcome of the situation, I respectfully request that no punishment be applied, as the action was unintentional and I am innocent of deliberately violating GR 1.9. I assure the admin team that I will be more careful and informed about trade mechanics in the future.
