CAR RAMMING to my Heli -

I was in the greenzone, and he as a bounty killer, he repeatedly crushed and killed me, disregarding all rules for money. However, he didn't receive a warning as G.Z. 1.1; he only went to Demorgan for CR but he didn't get a warning. Assuming it slipped past the admin's notice, I'm posting the necessary proofs here, thank you.
