I hope this message finds you well. I am writing this post to formally bring the following matter to your attention and request your review and assistance as per server rules and procedures.

00:28 – UB Demand Violation
Prior to 00:28, I was driving my vehicle and had briefly activated autopilot in order to access my PDA.
At 00:28 in the POV, another vehicle approached with two occupants, IDs 133013 and 186856, who rammed my vehicle.
Immediately after the ramming, they issued a pull-over demand. At the time the pull-over demand was given, there was only one vehicle involved, occupied by IDs 133013 and 186856.
This incident was a clear violation of a UB Demand.

00:31 – Car Ramming (CR)
At 00:31 in the POV, car ramming occurred again.
While my vehicle was not moving, a second vehicle approached with occupants IDs 91370 and 222202 and rammed my vehicle multiple times.

03:10 – RDM
After ID 212422 stole my money, all individuals present told me to “run for your life.” I began running accordingly.
At 03:01 in the POV, due to a wrong muscle, I accidentally entered a vehicle.
At 03:06, as clearly visible in the POV, I pressed the F key again to step out of the vehicle. While exiting, ID 133013 killed me without giving any proper demands.
This incident is a clear violation of GR 6.15 (RDM).

04:17 – Fail RP
At 04:17 in the POV, ID 186856 patched me and again told me to “run for your life” without pointing a gun or providing any proper roleplay threat.
This action constitutes a Fail RP violation.

Secondly, Mr. Patel it is not realistically possible to drive vehicles while sticking to each other at all times. Minor vehicle contact can happen due to latency or server desync, which is a well-known issue. This does not qualify as CR. Car Ramming clearly refers to intentional ramming, which did not happen here. One of our vehicles only stopped briefly due to latency this is being unnecessarily exaggerated.

Now coming to RDM, calling this RDM is honestly a joke. Proper and clear demands were given to abandon your vehicle and run, which you failed to follow. After that, the actions taken were completely valid RP.

Additionally, patching you afterward was done purely as a good gesture, nothing more. It was not an admission of guilt or wrongdoing.

Overall, this situation is being misinterpreted, and the accusations being made are baseless and unfair.

For the kill justification, we gave a proper countdown multiple times, clearly instructing him to run on foot. Despite repeated warnings not to use the vehicle, he chose to use it anyway. That directly justifies the kill under the rules.

Check you knowingly ram my car so my engine was turn off, it was not a minor lag in my pov you car ram was seen and in your POV car ram see a same not a any minor lag it was your intentional to ram my car to violation of a Car Ramming.
