Rejected RDM and stealing in my our house

I would like admin to request his POV since i dont have the full one, you can see i turned on my POV right after he RDM me in my house which is still part of the city. I was sleeping so I dont have my full POV on. This guy try to steal, when I woke up, he pull out his gun and RDM me instantly, no warning.

You can see in the POV, he have his gun out and stealing my thing

People can steal your solar panel, that's an IC issue​
