Dear Administration,
I am writing regarding my blacklist, which was issued approximately 2 years ago due to a complaint in which I insulted an administrator.
I am fully aware that my reaction at the time was inappropriate, and I would like to clearly state that I take full responsibility for my behavior. It was not right to use insults in the heat of the moment, and I sincerely apologize for that.
However, I would like to point out several important facts:
The POV on which the decision was based is not valid, as the other player’s microphone cannot be heard, which prevents a complete and clear understanding of the situation.
According to the server rules, insulting or offensive language is punished with a temporary sanction (e.g. 7 days), not a permanent blacklist, which makes this punishment disproportionate to the offense.
Here is the POV evidence, which is not valid, and where I used offensive language (insulting someone’s mother), for which the standard punishment is 7 days.
A significant amount of time has passed since the punishment (2 years), during which I did not have the opportunity to prove that I have learned from my mistake and that I can behave correctly and in accordance with the server rules.
With this appeal, I am not trying to justify my behavior, but rather asking for a second chance. I am fully prepared to behave professionally, respectfully towards the administration and players, and to strictly follow all server rules in the future.
I hope you will take into consideration the time that has passed, the invalidity of the POV, and the disproportionality of the punishment, and reconsider removing the blacklist or replacing it with a lighter sanction.

I am willing to accept a money wipe, and I would like the opportunity to return to the server and prove that I have changed.
