Although the ID of only one officer in a situation is enough, three guys showed you their IDs and I think that's enough, regardless of whether they were involved in your situation or not.

4.4.2TheState Law Enforcement Officers should verbally identify their Name and Department and, if demanded by the detainee, show their Badge or ID. (Exception: FIB/SAHP/LSPD Undercover Agents do not need to show their ID. They must ensure another State Law Enforcement Officer shows the detainee their ID. Whichever State Law Enforcement Officer that shows the detainee the ID should be the State Law Enforcement Officer that processes him)
This part clarifies that whoever shows me their ID has to arrest me but that did not happen so ALL of you were helping the person in doing corruption ? Is that the case ?in addition to this
- 16.1.4 The law enforcement agency Officers are obliged to present their Badge/ID to the detained person upon arrest.
- 16.1.5 Employees of USSS, FIB, LSPD and SAHP performing their duties are required to show their Badge/ID with an identification number at the first request of any citizen, if there are grounds for that. Exceptions: undercover work and special operation.
This clearly states it must be done which was not follow so please read the Law before blabbering stuff

There were 5 officers on scene and the POV is incomplete, it doesn’t even show the reason for the stop.
only one officer is required to identify and show ID and that officer becomes the processing/arresting officer. In this situation, ID 166725 was the detaining/arresting/processing officer.
On top of that, 3 officers showed their IDs, which is more than sufficient although they were neither arresting nor processing including the 4th one who would have shown if the officer didn't put him in the car to take to DOC.
Presence at a scene ≠ obligation to individually present ID.
Please read and understand the rules before making corruption claims.

The above presented statement clearly states that Everyone present must show their IDs at request and in the bodycam it is clear that i did ask for everyone's IDs. No matter what the reason was for pulling me over that is your responsibility to record not mine, My POV clearly showed i asked for everyone's ID Those who showed it to me i have no issues with them others i made a complaint for the rule they broken. Presence at a scene and being involved = Obligation to identify at the 10-15's request as these guys were party to my pull over, they were involved in my pull over so i have the legal right to ask for their IDs
