Life Story:
Andrew was born in Los Santos, specifically Chamberlin Hills Hood, he was raised in a pretty bad place were the CGF used to run the whole block it was pretty scary, he saw people getting killed left and right when he grew older he knew no one choose to be here and made it his mission to get out the hood. A random day he was just walking through the hood as usual and suddenly got kidnaped by a rival gang he was scared to death but somehow and someway he managed to escape he was running as fast as he could and since that day he sold his old place and bought a new house in Vinewood Hills and now is living paycheck to paycheck.
Career story:
Andrew Decided to do something right in his life and join the army but at a young age it was horrible and very hard for him but it made him very strong and able to handle himself he got discharged from the army 2 years later and he decided to join the police because why not he has a lot of experience in many branches of the law. Once he Experienced everything it got pretty boring but he got a offer to join the FIB, Only the most elite trained people work there and to get invited was a dream for him, ever since that day Andrew is helping the fib clear up the streets of his old home, help get kids that are like he was when a young boy, to get them out of the gang life and most importantly he helps the fib raid the gangs that ruined his life.
Outcomes:
1.Andrew can search suspects for their bodycams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try only 2 times per situation)
2.Andrew can put Illegal items in 10-15's or citizens pockets/backpacks to get them arrested (With proper RP and IC Reasons).
3.Andrew can take bribes from people to not arrest them (If he is bribed up to 100k).
4.Andrew does not have to follow 10-15 processing procedures like showing ID, reading Miranda Rights, and lie about lawyer availability.
5.Andrew can initiate a jailbreak and can take darknet contacts.
6.Andrew can deny his ID to anyone when it benefits him and his organization.
7.Andrew can ask 10-15's for their illegal items/weapons instead of money and sell them in the black market (No Org Items)
8.Andrew can use illegal items like drugs/illegal weapons while on and off duty.
9.Andrew can let 10-15's go if they are family members or friends
10.Andrew can torture/interrogate for information and use truth serum (/try uses truth serum twice per situation).
