Life Story:
Moe Mandoo grew up in the rough parts of Los Santos. Despite his environment, he was a good student and stayed out of trouble until constant bullying pushed him toward the streets. Seeking protection, he connected with old friends involved in gang life, which led to fights, drug use, and eventually an arrest for a violent assault.
After that incident, Moe decided to change his life and returned to school, studying philosophy and criminal behavior. Not long after, his best friend died due to injuries from a street fight. Moe suppressed his emotions and focused on his future, but his past continued to follow him.
Career Story:
After graduating college, Moe joined the FIB. His street knowledge and calmness in high-pressure situations helped him rise through the ranks quickly. As his authority and access increased, Moe began using his position for personal gain. Old habits resurfaced, and he slowly crossed the line between law and crime while maintaining the image of a respected FIB agent.
Outcomes:
1) Moe can take bribes (up to $100,000 and guns/ammo/illegal stuff ) and rob (Pickpocket).
2) Moe can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and lie about his name /refuse to provide any type of identification
3) Moe can remove people‘s criminal background or from wanted list for a bribe (up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it).
4) Moe can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his friends, family members or to save some foreigners that he feels sad for them. ( no targeting or PG)
5) Moe can leak information to criminals in exchange for money or favours.
6) Moe is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
7) Moe can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
8) Moe can remove/change suspects prison sentence and give less or more fines
9) Moe can use truth serum on suspects to gain information from everyone. ( with /try command 2 times every rp )
