So i called an admin today to understand why i lost my appartement even it's payed, (i was offline for some time and last time i joined i payed for 15 days and if i am not wrong it will end on 31 of January. today i joined back and i found out i am not the owner) so the answer was to make a complain in the forms. so I tried to ask if he can help me see my last log in just i want it to make sure i am not wrong about my payment date and than i submit on forms if it's correct. (I did not want to complain an issue in forms that i'm not sure about it). so this admin Sle_Azy keep intreptuing the conversation and give me this punishement that i don't deserve. the conversation begain with Cameron_Mendoza and then with Mike_Tank who tried to help me by undertanding the situation but this dude keep coming in between and just but "+". First you need to change the rules that every player can talk to one admin not 3 in the same time and need to explain the situation 3 times. second if the admin dosen't have answer just keep it to someone better then him and he will answer, not closes the complain with a button because he can't do his job correctly and PUNISHING randomly xD. Sle_Azy you are the Nonsense.
