2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. i already demonstrated my ability to lead i served as deputy with marabunta in their family vagos in their gang and worked alongside the administrators of both organizations the fact that i was trusted to help lead these three organizations speaks to my ability to handle real responsibility in a leadership position i know how to supervise individuals maintain discipline among members and police members for compliance with rp rules additionally i’ll be able to handle different aspects of gang caps since i’ve been responsible for recruiting training and running the gang on a daily basis therefore i won’t be going to run the gang since i have first hand knowledge of what is involved in properly running a gang
2. i intend to develop a strong organized and respected gang this organization has the potential to be quite large but needs to have established processes to provide a level of organization and consistency throughout the entire gang i would like to establish a loyal crew of individuals who know their responsibilities and who will be engaged with their respective members who are recruited to the organization i am interested in building a long term stable organized and respected organization for both the amount of power and the quality of rp
3. i am interested in building quality rp experiences for long term growth in my opinion a leader should be judged not only by the quantity of their members leaders but rather by the quality of first building community teamwork working with other teams and being able to make intelligent decisions i will focus on providing a positive rp experience to members training new members and ensuring that rp is conducted in a way that allows for all members to have a positive experience regardless of how long they have been in the gang while i am the leader of the gang
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. the first thing i am going to do is create a proper training program for new members instead of just recruiting for numbers all new recruits need to learn how to rp correctly understand the server rules and know how the gang operates in character this will help eliminate problems and allow for cleaner more enjoyable rp for everyone.
2. the second thing i will do is create real storylines as opposed to just running around committing the same crimes internal conflicts negotiations with other gangs alliances back stabbing and business fronts are things that make rp much more interesting and realistic a gang should be viewed as an actual organization with depth and meaning not just as a group of people running around shooting each other.
3. lastly i believe proper communication and being an example of good leadership is key leaders should be the best example of how to rp if the leaders of a gang take rp seriously so will the members of the gang i will emphasize to the members of the gang to stay in character respect other peoples rp and always think about the story and not just winning.
