At 17:49, the player rammed vehicles multiple times and later combat logged (CL) after I blocked his engine. He was continuously ramming, so I blocked his engine and was about to arrest him, which he evaded by Combat Login (CL) — CR & G.R. 6.2.
POV #2: At 17:50, he relogged at the same location and killed me in the DOC parking, which is a Green Zone. I only have limited POV because he had already killed me when the recording started, but it is sufficient to show the Green Zone rule violation — G.Z. 1.1.

Bro your 2nd POV shows nothing; maybe he was defending himself... Why you only start recoding when you died?

In the first POV, he combat logged, after which I stopped recording. Within 30–40 seconds, he relogged at the same location and immediately started shooting, killing me before I had a chance to start recording again. Both POVs are only 30–40 seconds apart and he was not there in between due to CL.
The second POV is still enough to show that he was shooting and killed me inside a Green Zone. Even if it doesn’t capture the full start from first shot fired by him, it clearly shows the location (GZ) and the act of killing, which is enough to establish the rulebreak.
