I was banned for MG, the forum specifically says that i said i communicated with my lawyer via emails. I would like to clarify this is not the DMs on discord but the government discord server which is purely IC. Can you please tell me how other way would i communicate and get a lawyer without the government emails. In the clip the officers clearly are not making a department for a lawyer. So using the emails i made a call in the 'call a lawyer' section for a lawyer to which it was accepted via a reaction. This is clearly not MG and is an IC method of obtaining a lawyer.
Also i would like to mention how the body camera footage provided in the thread is invalid as you can not hear the officers voice whilst speaking to me. The POV provided in the thread is under 1 minute so makes the POV invalid as well
Furthermore, me and the lawyer did not communicate via emails but he only put a tick reaction to my post for a lawyer in the government server. I initially said i was using my phone as i was trying to speak ICly, but then i realized i can just say the emails as that is how i contacted my lawyer, through the government emails not via DM. I have since deleted my 'call a lawyer' post in the government section before this forum post for MG was made but you can find the message by me via the audit log on government emails for proof.
As you can see via my POV, the officer was speaking to me but in the POV in the thread his voice isn't audible which confirms the invalidity of this POV alongside the POV in the thread originally being under 1 minute long.
