One officer told me to come because I was nearby. When I went to the black market, I saw this guy killed that officer. the guy with ID 183700 Started Firing On Me to Save His Friend As Clearly Visible in Pov While I was on the road shooting him, Then Guy With id 158346 came and clearly did VDM.

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Deny this report

For RDM RP was already going on and you entered in between the gun fight,
For VDM you were on middle of the road so that VDM was not intentional.
