2.1 - My experience in EMS
The most obvious reason as why one of the main reasons I want to take on a leadership role in this organisation is that my EMS journey has been going on for over 1.5 years now, and I want to honour this journey by leading the organisation which is the most I love in the project. I have seen many leaders and deputies in this organisation, I have learned from them, and these experiences have brought me to my current position today. I would like to use these experiences to evaluate me on the stage with a little motivation and a little excitement. My self-confidence is quite high and I truly believe that I can have a successful period of time in this process. The actions I have taken and the decisions I have made up to this point have always moved me forward and brought me to a much better position than I was in before.
2.2 - My motivation for the leadership
During my time with this organisation, I believe that based on the recommendations and references of many individuals, I feel ready to take on leadership responsibilities in EMS. Even in my personal life, I am someone who enjoys taking on responsibilities and approaches my work with seriousness and dedication. In this context, I plan to reflect this within the organisation as well. So that, not only to prove my courage, but also to ensure that other people have it too. Greatest achievements starts with small steps, so I will make sure everyone understands this. That's why I aim to seize this opportunity to prove myself and show everyone what an exemplary leader should be like.
2.3 - People's reference on me
EMS is an organisation that holds a special meaning for me and truly provides me an excellent working environment in here. It has long become an indispensable part of me and still is. Almost everyone recognises me as someone who works tirelessly behind the scenes for EMS, yet always manages to stay in the spotlight and they see me as highly successful in here. I want to take my career one step further to prove that everyone is right about what they say and I want to show that I deserve these kind words and compliments. I want to prove to everyone once again that they are right in what they say by becoming an EMS leader. My goal is not to confound anyone's trust in me or their expectations from me.
3. I have plans for events that have never been held before and these plans will continue from my first day as leader until my last. Almost all of these events will be an unusual experience for the roleplay community and I believe everyone will enjoy them. EMS has a very important responsibility especially in terms of qualified roleplaying, and I am making some solid plans to increase activities in this direction, to make the organization more interesting, and bring it up to the level it should be at. I am definitely looking forward to implementing these plans.
Apart from that, I will always be alongside the hard-working people within the organisation and appreciate them. Because everyone at EMS knows me as a very hard-working person who loves his job truly, and during my leadership, I will support people who are just like me and enjoy working in every way. In my view, it is very important that everyone gets what they deserve, and that is why I am offering everyone to who is with me during my leadership a chance to improve themselves and I want to share my experience with them.
Except that, as it is well known global events are an inevitable part of every organisation and also their responsibility. I aim to realise quite creative and fun scenarios for global events. Everyone has times when they feel overwhelmed and need to have fun. With this in mind, I will meet everyone's expectations and ensure that our responsibilities are fulfilled.
Furthermore, it is essential not to forget our priorities, which are the most important parts of EMS: PH, SH, Calls, and Labs. I promise on that there will be at least one person in both the PH and SH lobbies 24 hours a day and that the Calls will be responded continuously throughout the day. On the other hand, I aim to accelerate the work in Labs, which is one of our most important part and I will increase the number of productions.
I will observe everyone in the organisation individually as I always do and act on the principle that ''those who work the hardest deserve the most''.
I will meet the requests of those who work hard and offer bonuses and extra rewards by any means. Almost everyone knows me and I give everyone what they ask for and keep my word. At the weekly promotion ceremonies, I will highlight the names of those who worked the hardest during the week and I will be a referance to them in the future.
As a result, throughout my leadership, everyone will work both for each other and for EMS, and we will become a united whole. This will reflect positively for everyone.
