2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) My goal is to be a leader because I’d like to be a voice for others. It’s important for students to have their voices heard, and I’d like to make sure that my fellow SAHP members get the support and the attention that we all deserve.
2.2) Another important role SAHP has is contributing to individuals’ professional and personal development. As a leader, I want to help strengthen the organization by supporting activities that benefit the organization’s members and the community.
2.3) As the leader of SAHP i would like to take the opportunity to make the organization the best that it has ever been with maximum members and lead the future high commands and leaders of SAHP.
2.4) Although my previous leadership experience had its challenges, it has better prepared me for this role. This time, I am more knowledgeable, more self-aware, and supported by a strong team that will help me lead effectively throughout my term.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1) There are a few ways the RolePlay level can be increased in SAHP and most of them focus on being more realistic. For example, speaking in a more proffesional ways, properly taking traffic stops slowly, more training so everyone learns the procedures and has less questions, clearer communication of IC situations or department communications would make the scenes put together and proffesional. Adhering to these suggestions would ensure that everyone has a much better quality RP experience.
