En son giriş yaptığımda kardeşim bilgisayar almıştı; iki farklı bilgisayarda iki ayrı hesapla oynamaya çalıştık ve ikimiz de oyundan atıldık, ancak yasaklanmadık. Birimiz giriş yaparken diğeri atılıyordu. Şimdi hiç giriş yapamıyorum. Lütfen durumu araştırıp bana yardımcı olabilir misiniz?

Greetings and best wishes for your work. I hadn't logged into my account for a long time, and when I logged in today, I found out it was banned. The last time I logged in, my brother had bought a computer; we tried to play with two separate accounts on two different computers, and we both got kicked out of the game, but we weren't banned.
