2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
a) There is so many reasons why I want to specifically wanted to be leader of FIB. have seen really good terms, have been Leader of the best gang Families in a while but my main focus was becoming FIB leader, always wanted to be Leader of FIB to bring RP in the RP world and do many things some FIB terms could have never done because the lack of the term.
b)I would like to establish integrity with other organizations. I want to show people that being Leader of any organization is really fun and can bring really fun memories and I also want to make sure everyone that comes to my term really have fun and enjoys playing the server and not the same thing every single leadership.
c)I aim to bring a new approach to every aspect of the FIB. Merit and data driven performance will determine promotions. Necessary actions will be taken against any unacceptable behavior by agents and handled transparently. Sharing the outcomes of these actions with all involved parties will be core objectives.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.a. Intensive training will be provided to all FIB agents on server and organization rules to prevent any disruption to the RP experience of other players.
3.b.I want to do more then there is already, I want to make sure the Roleplay is always good both sides with of course 0 rule breaks. I also want to improve the RP between the FIB agents and gang members and not always making it a problem at in the end of every hostage situations. With all this experience I have I will try the best to make the best rp for both sides.
