I was talking with my old friend from my old family OOCly, I was kidding with him, Furthermore it of that u have to ask him is he under danger not just Force RP on me, also u charged me by a new law that's did not pass 48 hours and cuz (ICly GOV send me new lawyer don't know anything and following his leader orders he stand with u with no RP (Failing RP), I posted that on a different thread I hope the got punished as son as possible...)

no it's not my u have to check that another player can hear u before u engage RP with him...
