me and my friends went to do panels robbery they started shooting my friends without giving any commands they started shooting and again we no need to give them any commands and we havent done any rdm they are killing us without giving commands.

These went to steal panels they do this all day. They will give commands for sure, the thread on which they got warning is from middle so we can't consider that thing.
We have to watch the complete POV in which commands are given and already the fight is started, so this doesn't come under RDM.
