Hello, I didn't know this was forbidden because so many people do it, and I never thought I was doing anything wrong. I apologize. From now on, I will learn and apply the rules more carefully to prevent this from happening again, and I will seek advice from more experienced players on what I should do, as I am quite new to the server. I've become very interested in the server lately and I don't want to be deprived of it for ten days. Since I have no prior disciplinary record, I would be very grateful if you could lift my ban.
