Additional information

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

I started my law enforcement career on EN1 in November 2021 with my first main account (ID 97447). After spending a total of six months there, I transferred to EN2 upon invitation from the curators and the sheriff of that period. On EN2, I continued my police career on my first and main account (ID 13455) from May 2022 until January 2026. During this time, I held various positions, which I have listed below.

With more than five years of accumulated experience and the services I have provided to the city, I believe it is the right time to take a break from the RP side. My goal is to demonstrate my abilities from the other side of the mirror, contribute through teamwork, and actively work to make the city a better place as part of the administrative team.

2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)

Since the beginning of my life in the city, I have never been involved in crime, as this was a core principle of my IC character. Regardless of whether it was EN1 or EN2, I consistently portrayed the same character. I have always served on the State side. Below, I have listed the highest positions I held, along with the total number of terms served across EN1 and EN2 combined.
  • GOV – 9 Terms | Highest Rank: Chief of Staff (Rank 28) on EN1 (2022)
  • FIB – 7 Terms | Highest Rank: Assistant Director (Rank 28) on EN2 (2024)
  • NG – 5 Terms | Highest Rank: Lieutenant General (Rank 29) on EN2 (2023)
  • SAHP – 47 Terms | Highest Rank: Sheriff (Rank 30, served twice) on EN2 (2023)
  • LSPD – 4 Terms | Highest Rank: Task Force Operative on EN2 (2024)
  • EMS – 1 Term | Highest Rank: Doctor on EN2 (2023)
3. What are your strengths?

I do not define myself by a single strongest trait; instead, I focus on delivering maximum performance across multiple disciplines. For this role specifically, my greatest strength is my deep understanding of what it truly means to be a civilian, a criminal, or a police officer in this city. I have gained this perspective by communicating with thousands of different players and personally training hundreds of them over the years.

In addition, I have spent extensive time working closely with out-of-character administrators on various matters. Throughout all these experiences, I have never compromised my professionalism or institutional mindset. I am organized, highly focused, and operate with a military-style work ethic. As demonstrated during my time as Sheriff and while leading SWAT units, when this discipline is combined with strong internal communication, it creates a resilient and unshakable team structure.
In a role like administration—where clear, firm distinctions between right and wrong are often required—my discipline, observational ability, and communication skills will play a decisive and highly effective role.

4. What are your weaknesses?

From a work-focused perspective, my main weakness has been patience. When I witness serious mistakes or clear injustice, I have historically found it difficult to remain silent. While this trait is often a strength, in situations that require a more tactical and measured approach, it has occasionally led me to act too quickly.

That said, this issue was mostly experienced in an IC context, and it is highly unlikely to present itself in an administrative role. Over time, I have learned to manage this tendency by pacing my reactions, adapting to structured environments, and knowing when to take a step back and reassess calmly. What some may see as a weakness has largely been resolved through experience and self-discipline, and I consider it a closed chapter in my professional development.

5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?

I can contribute a calm, objective, and work-focused approach, along with a solid understanding of server rules and RP dynamics. Thanks to my long experience in state roles, I am able to evaluate situations from different player perspectives and communicate clearly and professionally when issues arise. I work in a disciplined and organized manner, adapt well to structured team environments, and prioritize teamwork and consistency. Above all, I believe I can bring fresh energy and a constructive mindset to the admin team. In roles like this, strong and healthy internal communication often resolves the majority of issues before they escalate—particularly in training, execution, and quality control. Supporting that communication and contributing steadily to team cohesion is where I believe I add the most value.

6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)

Yes.

7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?

From time to time, I may want to dedicate time to my spouse and family, which would generally result in a temporary reduction in my daily hours rather than a complete absence. I completed this application after confirming that there are no major obstacles in my life that would prevent me from fulfilling the role. I am also aware of your expectations regarding activity, and I will manage my availability accordingly to remain consistently active.

8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?

I have spent as much time in RP as I reasonably could for this role and waited patiently; this was not a sudden decision. I have been considering an administrative position for a long time with the goal of building a sustainable and successful long-term presence. In the future, I would also be interested in working more closely with a specific state organization if needed.

While I do not wish to come across as ego-driven or overconfident, I want to clearly express how motivated I am for this role. Naturally, there may be some minor gaps in my knowledge, but these are easily addressable through a short review period and the military-level self-check systems I apply to my work. With this approach, I am confident that my performance and workflow will be smooth, consistent, and reliable from day one.
