Payment Made but Not Credited / Issue with Live Support

Hello,
I have already made the payment, but it has still not been credited to my account. I contacted live support to resolve the issue; however, the support representative blocked me instead of providing assistance.


This situation is unacceptable, and I would appreciate it if this issue could be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.



I made a crypto payment and can send the receipt, but the issue remains unresolved!

You can make a technical complaint here for not getting the payment as you said (gc) Technical section
Select server which you made payment and fill all required ids and submit report
