Even if only one gun is pointed at you, you still have to fear for your life. They waited to have 3 people to start robbing you and the only reason they didn't have 3 people at all times is because they got vdmed the entire time (so how can you blame Ballas for this?).

The reason the person robbing you was in the distance is because its a visual glitch and on his screen you were in front of him. He even said "I am going to be searching you" when he searched you.

As for the last part when they tell you to leave all of them start saying "wait wait wait DONT GO" and you still go for your car and try to leave so you just ignored their demands.
