Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Deny this report.
There was also 2 leos present at that situation, so the demands might be also given to them which is not shown in the thread owner's POV + the suspect did not shoot directly at the thread owner, the suspect had already been involved in a Rp with a other 2 leos.
