Rejected Banned for 4 days for No animation during car theft

I am making this complaint because there was a misunderstanding with animation cancel during car theft.

I was robbing a car with a friend. While i was hacking the car there was someone shooting me i did not move my character or anything i continued the animation. The animation stopped so i thought i successfully hacked the car plus i was in the hacking animation for a while so i assumed it was done. i clicked f to enter the car and i was able to enter. Soon as i enter i got banned.

I was not able to get pov because i dont have invidia instant replay or somthing to replay the recording.so i did screen shot the banned for proof.
