Hello, am writing this message to clarify the situation that led to the leadership / lack of trust remark. I believe the issue occurred due to miscommunication and timing confusion, and I kindly request you to consider my explanation.
An interview was initially scheduled for 15:00, and I was present in the voice channel at that time. Later, I was informed via DM that the interview could be done later. I requested to do it the next day and was told “tomorrow at the same time,” which I agreed to.
However, later that night around 10:00 PM IST (approximately 16:30 server time), I was again messaged asking to attend the interview immediately. At that time, I was not at home and clearly informed them that I was unable to join. Despite explaining my situation, I felt the timing changes were not clearly confirmed from both sides.
Due to this confusion, it may have appeared that I was avoiding responsibility or not cooperating, which was never my intention. I respect leadership decisions and server processes, and I always try to communicate honestly and responsibly.
