Rejected Unfair Ban

Hello,

I would like to explain my situation regarding the ban. I was playing on a different Steam account but using Rockstar Games. I was only level 2 and I did not know that logging in from another Steam account with the same Rockstar account could result in a ban.

There was no intention to bypass rules or abuse the system. If I had known that this could cause a violation, I would never have done it. Since I was a new player with almost no progress, I could have simply created a new account and played properly.

My mistake was due to lack of knowledge, not bad intentions. I have now fully understood the rules and I assure you that this will not happen again. I kindly ask you to reconsider my ban.
