Man is patrolling ghetto alone .
No Fear For gangs shooting them, Also I didnt want to make this report but the spec ops uniform guys of LSPD think they can do anything , So just wanna make them aware of rules .

Thread is being requested to close however the rule says “more than 2 special officers” not 2 officers .
You can’t make anyone special officers , the special officers include the spec ops unit/high command .
You can’t be in the ghetto without an ic reason either ,
Pls refer to state rule 1.13 .

State rules 1.13 refeers to entering a gang HQ needs to be with a valid IC rules for eg a raid or scripted event , see how someone be fooled
