As can be seen in the pov, they are harassing me with different insults and the admin is ignoring it.

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Deny this report.
There was no Mass rule break seen in the POV, it was a simple RP where, robbing cash and pickpocket is normal, could not be counted as Harassment, all I could see was some slang, no serious insults. Additionally, if you want you can make a forum for GH 1.7 for the person who was not wearing the Gang dress at all.
