You said that ID 111321 will receive a punishment for CR + Ear Rape, but if you watch carefully, 111321 is the blue Bugatti and at the very end he only comes next to him (while he is dead) and does Ear Rape. There is no CR or RDM involved. When I saw in the in-game chat that he received a warning for RDM, I wanted to object on his behalf. He is my friend.
