Dear Reviewing Admin,
My POV is too long so i will provide you the Timestamp where you can judge the POV properly.

Explanation:
This Guy " 186650 " was processing a 10-15 whose ID was "112496" he processed him, and was going out of DOC, I ran to him asking his ID but he somehow ran from the location, then when i came back to the 10-15 to check the previous crime through the PDA it was already wiped out, So according to S.R 5.6 him being a SAHP, should have hold the arresting POV, and i want to check it becuase i think he have might done something wrong.

Timestamp Details:

At Timestamp: 13:48​	You can see he was processing the 10-15​
At Timestamp: 16:48​	I asked him his ID, but he ran refusing it​
At Timestamp: 17:17 ( he ran from the sit)​	I followed him but at Timestamp: 17:46 i got rendering issue so i went inside world​
At Timestamp: 19:50​	I went to the same suspect who was being process​
ID: 112496 was the 10-15 who was being processed by the SAHP guy​	i searched the 10-15 on my PDA to check the previous crime but it was wiped out​

There was no crimal record or fine which was issued even no wanted star, so i think there was a issue which ID 186650 made. and i want to see his POV, kindly grant me this offer.

at POV TS 2:20 Thread owner 179933 landed heli almost inside the HQ, which you cannot do
at POV TS 6:42 thread owner 179933 giving demands on the road to a Taxi Driver, which is UB Demands
at POV TS 7:27 thread owner 179933he is flying his car which from road to the Green grass and nice btw, UB Driving in a RP situation.
and player 204249 also doing UB driving you can see in
and player 202695 also doing UB driving you can see
and player 206897 also doing UB driving you can see the SUV guy
and player 202695 at TS 11:39 also doing UB driving at DOC
and thread owner 179933 at TS 14:24 Cuffing a Player while he was Running. Power Gaming
and last but not the least, he was chasing me with Full UB Driving, even Jack Off said in left eye Dont misappropriate

more than 3 Officers did server Rulbreaks,
and even Deputy also make a rulebreak so its 1 Warn + 1 Verbal.
