You can't kill someone in unconscious.

i respect the admins decision but let me teach you this if someone else had killed you and i had finished you off afterwards that would be MK but i shot you and i finished you off.

Do you even know what a mercy kill is? Finishing an unconscious player only becomes a mercy kill if the person gets some benefit from it. Otherwise, it’s just finishing.
For example, finish someone who’s about to be arrested, you helped him evade arrest = mercy kill. Finish someone who’s about to be patched and robbed by gangs, again, mercy kill.
Just finishing someone after a fight isn’t automatically a mercy kill. Learn the rule first.
