Life Story: Borned into a former noble Chinese family, he was raised to be an upstanding citizen and being a useful person to society. After his 5th birthday, his family immigrated to Los Santos and raised in the customs of his tradition, attending prestigious schools, and began training martial arts. Once Tsao got into high school, he was inspired to protect and serve his community and state, wanting to become a police officer. Throughout his time as a student, Tsao dedicated his time to physically conditioning himself physically to better prepare him for police academy. Studying hard and working to make his family and everybody around him proud, he then graduated from high school with relatively high marks. He was then approached by a group of individuals, who considered him as part of their family and made friends with many of them.
Career Story: Once he got into college, he was recruited into the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) and quickly rose through the ranks. Life as a police officer gave Tsao many experiences, and many scars, joining multiple divisions and working in the interest of the state. After years within the SAHP, he grew more and more restless of seeing countless injustices going unpunished, lives being taken with no one to avenge them. Later on, he was later offered a position in the Secret Services, and accepted the transfer. Being one of the youngest Lieutenants, he quickly rose through the ranks and protected many lives while graduating from university, but still, the injustices continued. After countless days, weeks, months, and then years, he grew more and more restless, seeing all the corrupt lawyers, all the criminals being released due to "technicalities" within the judicial system, he then decided to take matters in his own hands. Later on, he grows more lenient with his actions, which lead to him being more corrupt.
Outcomes:
1- Tsao can kill individuals, legal or illegally, in attempt to cover up evidence, if he deems it benefical to the state. (In the best interests of the Government)(If applicable to RP, to not to invoke RDM)
2- Being a former decorated police officer, and SS agent, Tsao understands the important of bodycam footage, and would remove, tamper, and/or destroy bodycam footage to avoid being caught (Two tries to find and break it with the "try cmds") (Will only apply to RP, ie not showing bodycam footage to Org superior)
3- Tsao can threaten, harm, torture, interrogate with truth serum, and/or kill a person if he truly believes it is in the interest of society and state, including lawyers and judges. (In the best interests of the Government)
