Request to remove two factor authentication

Hello Grand RP Support,

I recently reset my phone and lost access to my Google Authenticator. I no longer have the 2FA codes needed to log into my Grand RP account.

Character Info: Level 30, I own some bicycles, 1 bike, and 1 car.

I do not have the backup codes saved. Please help me reset or remove 2FA so I can regain access to my account. I’m happy to provide any proof of ownership required.
