During an active store heist, a SANG agent committed numerous rule violations, corruption, and abuse of power. POV and bodycam footage showed the agent firing on LEOs, performing mercy killings on Vagos gang members, and gaining access to an illegal rooftop position.
Under P.C. 4.8 (Corruption) and P.C. 3.18.2 (Aiding Evasion of Arrest), I took the agent into custody, handcuffed him, and took him to DOC for processing. Several calls to SANG HC inside the lawyer's office were not returned. I temporarily released the agent's handcuffs in accordance with protocol so he could call HC via his radio. No response was received on the first attempt, and on the second, the agent refused to cooperate, cuffed me, left the room, blocked my path by closing DOC doors, and left DOC in a Rental car.
The agent's actions amount to a serious violation of the rules and an abuse of power. Every incident is captured on bodycam and POV and needs to be carefully examined. This case needs to be handled with the utmost seriousness due to its severity.
