I wanna serve as a leader of National Guard because i think im perfect to handle soldiers, providing candies, speaking fluent English Or managing multiple situation at once.
I can handle multiple situations at once because i have good patience, I try to handle everything in a professional manner and give my best in handling situations. I think i can handle my soldiers properly and make them professional as i treat everybody as a friend and not as a rude boss who just scolds to do work, I can teach my soldiers how to work properly and handle situations in a professional manner and also how to protect the base from trespassers or raiders.

For now, I dont have any advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization, Before hiring, Ill take a test of patience, Roleplay skills and professionalism if they fail in any one of these they wont be hired in the army.
