I found out yesterday that my account was banned, and I came to two possible conclusions:
My launcher was also launching the game through Steam.
At first, the ban was 60 days, but somehow it later changed to 9999 days.
Two days ago, we were facing connection errors, so we tried many steps to fix the issue, including using VPNs. We also tried logging into our accounts on each other’s PCs. This could be the main reason for the ban.
The connection issue was eventually fixed, but after that, the ban appeared.
If this is the reason, I sincerely apologize for not realizing it sooner. I have been playing this game for more than 3 years. I truly enjoy the game and have spent most of my time playing it.
Both my brother and I have grinded a lot over the years, and our accounts may have been blocked because our credentials got mixed up.
We promise that nothing like this will happen again. We are normal citizens in Grand RP, we love this game, and we would really appreciate another chance.
I am willing to provide any proof necessary.
As you can see, I have my own Rockstar Games account, but somehow it was opening on his Steam. I have shown his Steam account below. We both have separate licenses, as proven.
