Rejected Admin complaint

i want to complaint to technical admin

I have technical issues from last 2 months i thought by update it will fix automatically but my issue not solved in any way

I posted foram nearly 7 to 8 forom but the problem is not solving what they told i did everything but my problem is not solved

I reinstalled the windows i reinstalled the gta 5 and i reinstalled the rage multyplayer
But also i am facing same issue

1 th issue is if someone talk with me by pressing n i am unable to here they voice if i talk they can listen my voice

2 th issue is if someone texts me in rp charts i am unable to see it if i text in rp charts they can see me it’s problem with only rp charts
But admin is not solving my problem

I am unable to play peacefully i am unable to do any type of talk because combination is important but i can here any other person voice

I want to request u that please help me has soon has possible
