i dont have pull pov and there was no speaking on top of his head if there was and he shot me then that would be fine but he spoke on the radio if u were on u would hear him speak at that time

Upon reviewing this report, I have decided to reject it for 2 reasons.​

Reasons:
1) Video clip is edited. Contains no sounds + has loud music covered on it.
2) HQ boundaries marked below also consist of the sidewalk in front as clearly defined in the ghetto rules:

Conclusion:
- ID 145690 will be punished in accordance with ghetto rules 1.4.
- ID 141528 will be punished in accordance with ghetto rules 1.4.
- ID 303 will not be punished as defined under ghetto rules 1.2, you must listen to the requirements of that gang. In case they do not listen, normally 5 second demands to leave HQ would be given, however since you started shooting at a gang member on his respective HQ, this is overruled.

Please note that you may not shoot gang members on their respective HQ. Please also note that while on the HQ boundaries of that respective gang, you must listen and comply with the requirements of that gang.
