Dear admin team

I would like to request that the ban I received on ER1.7 be lifted. I received the ban even though I have a video recording. My only mistake was forgetting to turn off the sound button in the video program. I am truly sorry, but I did not know there was a written rule about not posting videos with sound. However, I received the ban even though I have a video.
