Leaving a non-insured car out as bait and sitting on the roof waiting for someone to steal it just to arrest them is setting up a scripted Trap against players. That’s creating the situation yourself so you can farm arrests. And things like that can lead to a permanent ban.

In this situation, the player ID 218982 intentionally pulled his car out of the parking lot and left it there as bait, clearly setting up a trap for other players. When I took the car which is a normal in-game action and not against the rules he immediately killed me without giving any chance...
